Missing CSW Belt

Hello !
I just bought a whole set of items from PUS but I didn't get my CSW belt +3 even though I have it on my "View purchases", and it's not in my inn... help pls.

i'd check it out and i found that your Csw belt was inside your "inventory", if you didn't see it because you was missing such a patch, so you would re-install the patches and extract all of them correctly..

GM_Paganini already told me that he sees the csw belt in my inventory but after I reinstalled the game (I re-downloaded the client), I still don't see it

EDIT: I extracted the patches myself and now I got it ! Thanks, guys
