well not all that important, but when a rouge got more then 17k mana and he takes something off or exchanges something, so that the new mana valor still is really high, this deltes all the mana of the rouge.

It's not just rogues, any class who exceed a certain amount of stats it becomes bugged. (Mana deletes if you have too much mana, or str bug --> negative weight, etc)

It's simply because the game wasn't designed for these OP items. USKO added a max hp / mana limit because of it btw. Anyway, if the devs will find a way to fix it , it will be fixed, until then a regular rogue got like 11-12k mana, so it isn't really a problem, unless you are going with fll hp set and SSE-s which is rare and u can go with that too, just don't switch items.
