i think PFB should be a abit stronger then ruam well and abit stronger then the other offhand weapons
beaucse its only a donaters item

+1 actually.. Raum can get from drop PFB you have to donate for yet.. They are exactly the same stats.. 147 Attack Power Strength Bonus:16 Mp Bonus:250 Resistance Glacier:30 Resistance Lightning:30 Just my opinion..
