and i agree with you about "a light farm won't work a lot and yea Kaoz was a lead of GM for a small period so the server wouldn't depend on him " it won't down after his leaving since no one can do a big success in a short time really "every server has up and down period ranges between years and years but Let's Give a try about the new server....

Regarding the first part I highlighted in red,

as you can see, it's a circle
You guys used to have 200-300 players daily, where is all that money that players spent on the PUS? If you would of spent that money of advertisment now, such as buying a banner on KO-cuce, buying the new UTC weapons usko has, and the UTC event, it would make that ''advertisment'' useful, but nah, that money is gone no clue where, into ddos protection? lel, you just went down for 2 months with that ddos protection.
Regarding the second part I highlighted in red,
A true restart/revolution is starting from zero, aka from scratch, without anyone having any bonus gear. You guys are not opening a new server after Titan been down for months, you just do a revolution of Titan, and try to get the oldies back, you(staffs) even told it yourself. So all those KC rewards should just not been there, you said that if players would not get KC, they would just start swearing at you, and how many players is that? like 10-15? I absolutely got no clue what will be the KC average price in that new Titan, but if it's the same, those 10-15 players will be overpower like crazy..
Titan would just of needed a complet reset, items, ranks, nps, levels, remove the overpower items, lower the jewels to +2 ish, and play with the skills balance to make all class like their suposed to be.
