* Explain how you lost them: tried to remove items from my character but they wont come off, i reloged and they was gone .. AGAIN !

Again, that part is right.

I will have to search more about this case, cause I don't see anything weird on tools/logs. Something is weird here. Be patinent and we will come up with solution soon.

yea, please do that ... and yes smth is weird here for sure.. i never had such a problem b4 .. cant be that my character is bugged or smth? thanks 4 ur time !
