ok today is 5 days is finish all dedi gm is every days online, but no action if stylish and mrcookies open topic .. all dedi gm is help him upto 20 minute problem is solved ..look at this topic ..viewtopic.php?f=36&t=20965 but my claniees not play 5 day maxko, for what hero parts is lost.. i dont understand, why no one help my clanies.. Still all dedicate GM is sleeping not busy..All dedicate Gm is dont like our clan members. |

nobody help me im waiting 6th day i cant play this game how that is busy? we have 2 dedi's Gm and 4 normal Gm no body answer dhis topick and you sayme patient.... This is unfair.... |

Only the dedi gm can solve your problem and ye they are kinda busy. I know it feels bad to wait a long time for that kind of lost items but other staff members cant help you with that. And just to be clear, there is no priority for dedi, all users are same and all users will have problem solve when dedi have time to check. It also take a lot of time to solve each one problem so please be patient. you still can up your topic but once a day is enough. thanks for understanding. |
