ok problem solved, in my inn appaired an extra hero helmet so i will exchange it but something its wrong anyway pls try to solve it when possible¡ ty

Nothing went wrong, you use the pauldron that you traded. And then you exchanged the other 2 parts. After that you went to in and get the other helmet I think you just missed that part you exchnged.
