We are currently working on the balance issues, but there is no permanent solution due to all the time zone changes but I assure you it should be solved within a couple of days with monitoring, etc. Just so you know, there isn't much left for MaxKO to be up, we are close, just bear with us for a while longer. Most players including myself been through the journey from Old MaxKO to MaxKO Expansion and now are in Titan, it's just our love for the server that makes us have patience, after a promised time of waiting, you will of course have a good server to enjoy playing in.

1. I repeat; MaxKO is being worked on since day 1 of our announcement, and the working never stopped. So what kind of bullshit are you talking about? We are NOT magicians so we could do the abracadabra and make everything ready in an instant. It takes time, money and effort.. Keep that in mind.
2. Our focus is on both servers tbh, us, as the "small team" as my colleague Heisenberg mentioned... We will soon have access to MaxKO to be able to test and report/fix bugs and whatsoever. So after that task is complete we will be running a beta version for the rest of the players. We are doing the best we can but truth is 95% of the work depends on Flegy & his developers team, there isn't much we can do for now.
Advertisements? We did plenty of those but they also waste a lot so we are not able to keep the ads up for long with this low income in Titan atm, Flegy is spending from his own pockets these days for both Titan & MaxKO, you have no idea how tough that could be, to manage 2 servers at once and spend on them on your own, all the developers, server-related payments.
And most players are moving to 20xx version nowadays, so you're totally wrong about them not joining 20xx. If you compare an old-school server (12xx,etc) to a 20xx, you'll realize that 20xx draws attention more, unlike the current version that is VERY limited.
3. Flegy is dealing with the network provider to push them to fix the current lag situation, there are plenty of other customers of course, we aren't their top priority so it will take some time for it to be completely solved.
4. Do you even know what you are talking about? Every server with 1-2 GM's, dies quicker and there are plenty of examples in KO4L. This community lasted longer than 6 years and hopefully more to come so once again what are you talking about?

1) C++ is a programming language that's used to code/make programs.
2) DXT Editor
3) What's needed to run a server?
Beside the client & server, all you need is your server files (Ai, login, billing, game server, aujard)
Simple enough for you?
That's just basics and anyone can know that if they put up some effort to know how a KO server runs/works.

I'm not gonna post that much, cause I know you ain't professional developper, thing is, most GM act like they were part of the new server comming out, these guys don't even know a shit about how a server work. I get invited by like 4-5 guys to be GM on server that were advertising here, I accepted once, found out the tard didn't knew how to advertise proprely, and then declined the others. Indeed you answer me frankly, but these days, a server with 100 players isn't working anymore. I could say a name of a server, that has 500 players for 1 year, and that has 2 GM. You guys been around the same players for all those 6 years. Nobody new are actually joining and this is a fact. When the first MaxKO actually closed, to the release of the expension, everyone on the server went on OldMaxKO, aka Rizo's server. and now that it reopened, its still the same players playing, 6 years later, nothing have changed, and thats why nobody joins, it looks like you guys are scared of doing major changes.
Here's a suggestion with that. If you guys are working on MaxKO expension, make a promotion video right now, because if it is releasing in February like the rumor going around, you better hurry the fu** up, because it already starts being too late to advertise about it. I havn't seen a single advertisement topic regarding the so upcomming server.
PS. Have you even found out that MOSTLY ALL the oldest players of the server are leaving, and bringing their friends/clan with them? LaTroupe gone, Famiglia gone, FreeDooM members advertising for another server. RawnZ asking me to join another server on both Facebook and on Titan. You guys don't even realise all that part.
