hello i was have old acc name zozo22 i didnt open it since year ago when i did try to open it again now my char not found 0 tell me to choose side like new acc i was have items and nps and now all gone please help me !!!

yes i did make after i open my account to see if there any item in my host but i didn,t thats why i said my my characters gone

so why don't you give us the proper char names ? you open it yesterday and you forgot about it ?

Yes I am reminded and I told you the reason to build this personality and I did not remember because it is my mind that it may help to solve my problem and I have everything you asked me honestly and not a memory is just an unintended mistake at all . i did open it yestarday and i didn,t found any thing even my char thats why i did made one to see if item there in host or not

Actually we had a roll back in our server year ago , Everyone of the server has to start play from 0 , it was happen on 2016 . you check those 2 topic i send you , you will find all the details !!

what i can understand is you say i will got nothing back because you decide that by

Before 2 years we made the server to start from the beginning that's why you don't see any more old items on that account. Because some items is full removed and system is changed we forced to start from 0, you can read more about it on viewtopic.php?f=84&t=40328
