* Explain how you lost them: i lost all items when i trade items to DontStopMyHeal cuse i cant change nation i wanna play in human so i create one account to trade my items in my new char
* List of items: Set valk, 2 parts hero,2 parts df, 2 earring bdw , fn, hero sword, dual rov
* Are you sharing your Account with someone? : NO

Well, i see the trade has been made directly from 4BIG_ALCIDES to DontStopMeHeal on the 18.06.2015(Europe Date) 03:57 and DontStopMeHeal is your secondary account you created to play on other nation.
Am i right?

Seeing the logs helps me knows whats going on, but i have my opinion and your explanation is very unclear, so be more straight forward please.

What i understand is :
You made a secondary account named DontStopMyHeal because you can't change nation and you want play human.
So either you have 2 PC's login the 2 accounts at the same time, or you told someone log into your secondary account which is not very smart thing to do.

i mean 4BIG_ALCIDES was in orc side and him want to go human to play with the clan so him want nt to human but him cant so him make a new human accuent and was trade all the items from orc accuent to human accuent and him was trading with dontstopmyheal to give the items to human accuent and wen server get off i think make rollback and all items disappeared thats what we need to know where are the items

and what him lose is valk set + 2 hero part + 2df parts 2 glory earring fn hero sword + 2 rov thats all

Probably due to the crash or some server glitch the logs were duplicated and needed to organize them and match ID's so you don't get rich because of that :P
Anyway, restored you every single item that you lost on Character Name :
DontStopMeHeal

Item's that has been restored to DontStopMeHeal are :
* Sword of the Hero
* Glory BDW Earring
* Valkyrie Armor Certificate(Set)
* 2x Hero Part Certificate
* 2x Ring of Vote
* 2x Bloody Dagger
* 5x FT Coupon

there was only 1 BDW Earring, didn't see 2, so only 1 will be restored.
Next time you feeling server is lagging or something, write quickly /save
or quit the game to make the account Auto save the information in data base.
