So i have the answer for this problem:
First:
Many items are dupped or ilegal etc in the game.
Many players buy grypho, baha, etc. in moradon merchant.
Many players trade items in moradon or anywhere.
How are we supposed to know if this are ilegal?????
if those items are ilegal or duped is NOT ur fault, yes we know about trade, scanners, etc. but how we get this items? only for trade!
for example DD +7+8, DS +8 some people changed me 2 or 1 part baha for DD+8 or tier+7.. etc.
Second:
I say this because i have my chart she have only baha hp set and grypho too i dont want block my acc but how can i do? she dont have valky set or any part valky.
I have another acc is a warrior he only have 2 part grypho and others are shell+10 raptor +10 well i suppose grypho is ilegal or duped but I bought IN MORADON MERCHANT FOR 999,999,999 COINS ADENA ETC.
WHY my acc are trouble???? is not my fault!!!

for this time i recommend this:
only valky armors have been scanned for prevent cheaters but others items how we could know if those items are ilegal, duped, stolen etc!!!!
