Their clan will be disbanded too after restart.

yeh it will get after restart, but u can always give me the names who's still in that old clan (bugged)

can any gm check database why normal eX clan name cant make it ?

because I think I deleted the "ex" clan after restart, and SERVER has to restart again, then u can make it.
