1st: You gave your account info to a totally stranger, what did you expect that he will be so nice and doesn't do a thing? Please...
2nd.: It's clearly mentioned in the rules that these cases won't get any support so it's your responsibility....

3rd.: It's impossible to change the email on the website now, so something is fishy there that you are claiming it was changed..
