I can say there is 8 more accounts that play in same ip as you, as you said you playing in net cafe so its not possible to check whos the owner.
You also admit that you gave away all your info to your account even the email so it's your own fault if you share your account.

I also see that you can make many topics, your friends does it aswell so there is one solotion.
The real owner give all the info about the account or we will perm ban the whole account until we get the right info about the account.
I will give you until Sunday to proof that you are the owner of the account and that's it.
