You should remove your armor before doing CC. Sometimes it's get bugged like that when you do CC from other class with armor on.
I will reset your CC time so you can do it again and now do it w/o armor or items on you.

Try change your hero set back to hero set certificate and after change, change again to what you desire set. if still not working then need to debug your account. Thanks |
