As i said on shout-box, We are not able to transfer any kind of non-tradeable to another account. Hopefuly you understand if we allow to move non-tradeable item from account to another, it will decrease the value of the item since the item will be moved to side chars and people won't go for Kahless Quest any longer or even CSW's. |
