VP to change nation

Make it about 150 or more VP to change nation

Because np is damn easy for people to have, np whore will trans to the side with more people to easier to kill crystal, monument, and there r some quest which give 5k nps.
By using vp to NT people will have to decide, they NT or they keep vp to get item..

But what if it is a spare of the moment thing? Like all ya clan wants to NT but you don't have the VP to follow

I think it might be less fun if you have to wait for vote points.
