Nothing show after I press start on the launcher I'm using Windows 8 and on my other laptop windows 7 home edition on both desktop/laptop the game does not work after I press start.

Seems like your fire-wall is not allowing the .exe to work, so whatever firewall you're using just turn it off in both of your computers or simply add Max.exe in the exceptions list.

And if doing what I said above didn't help still then this will surely do, follow the steps below:
1- Right click "Computer"
2- Click Properties then Advanced System Settings at the left side
3- A window will show up - on the same default tab "Advanced" - click "Settings" under Performance
4- Then go to Data Execution Prevention (DEP).
5- Make sure you tick the 2nd option " Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select:"
6- Click "Add" and locate your MaxKO/Titan folder and add Max.exe there.

And that's it. Now try to start the game or preferably restart your PC for the change to take effect first.
