some item cant seen

I cant see some of the items like shadowfire dark axe smth like that i see people punching but they crit 2k damage something is missing i think could you send this... thanks

Up please d axe drop from chirstmas tree and i cant see it anybody could help this i dont understand how could that problems occur i downloaded the game from your site and also the patch ...!!!!!
