Hi, I just redeem my vote points for String of Skulls(+5) and Ring of the Felankor(+5), but right now I can't find those items neither on my inventory nor my inn hostess. Can you please check my account.

Have you opened Power up store and close it ?
Also don't forget that your item will be sended to your main character's (character which is in middle) inventory.

main character:( my main character's banned about a month or 2. is there any possibility that I can still get those items.
