Hello, I need your help.

I wanna this picture:

to be 420x180 pixels, but when I edit , I lose quality.
(Like this one that I already have ).

So, if you could that for me, I would really appreciated.

It's kinda fat.

Could you make it less 'fat' or 'wide' ... but still keep 420x180.
