when i tell him do change class he tell me when he do it from panel panel tell him u have rental item and he not have and i exlained that from before i explain wait he was have other account and he use rental item and he got new account without rental item but make same name of old account so old account have rental item but new account he got it not rental so when he changed name same old he got bug u undertande ?? |

Before he change his name from "CupidArrows to Wizard_Danger" he use Rental Item on this char CupidArrows .And he change this name on 2/22/2017 to Wizard_Danger , Now he ned wait till item rent expires . |

no no u are wrong i tell u the happened frist he was have prist name theflash he got other account name ven so he changed name the prist name theflash to CupidArrows and changed ven to the flash and he was have rental item on old account name theflash which changed to CupidArrows and when he opened the new theflash which was ven he find it bug cuz the old account was same name so help him pls |

Well, let me tell you that there is no any bug in his account... but what i'd found out on your words that You're repeating word of "Account account account" what do you mean by this word? character name?? or your friend has 1x account including a character then he kept changing the name of char !!! if this true, the changing name of character won't remove or stop the period of rental items, but if he had 2x account with 2x different char names,i dont think so that rental period will effect on another new account with new char name which doesn't use rental items before...beside that i'd checked char name "TheFlash" nd there is no bug on it, IF the panel said "wait until rental items period expired" so you have to wait, also we can give a try "just tell me which class ur friend is preferring nd i will change it, nd it would have been sucessed incase the account didnt 't have rental items before. Char name= Class Type= "Just for testing" |

TheFlash char have changed to Priest Class... you can tell us if your issue fixed or the problem still on. Editt: Try to change your class via panel nd let's us know if it Fixed |
