my short cut in desktop click on the game launcher but it not open at all

Actually, recently, i've been observing that quite a few players been having trouble with the launcher, including myself. My launcher open one out of like 10 tries... I need to make a launcher bypass, won't say how exept if gm let me tell peaple tho.

it know happent because we have problem with server program what control launcher, we working to solved it.
