Issue installing the game/Please help, I require assistance.

I just finished downloading the Client. When I open the Instruction Text Document it says, "Hello,

Just REPLACE the files:

MaxKO.exe
MaxKOC.exe
Server.ini

to your main client folder directory."
But where do I find the replacements considering I can't open the Lancher to patch it.

If someone call create a Step for Step Guide for me that would be great. This is to confusing for me. If there is a Guide, I looked at it. It held no weight to this situation.
