TBH, we can't just change your email without verifying your old email so it would be helpful for us if you can tell us your old email, try to remember some words in your email so atleast we could verify that your the real owner I am also investigating the IP Address that you are using and I found out that there are many users using the IP address and your account so it would look like it suspicious for me.
