I think he means he had a problem with "NPC" when he desired exchange "National Point" with "Change Name Scroll" he not received The Scroll

We (regular GMs) aren't able to check it out. We can only see the item's trade logs that actually were bought or traded. We can't check how a certain user's NP changed, and (if you are telling the truth) since you didn't get the namechange sc, we can't rly do anything with it. (Furthermore, we can only decrease NP, can't increase it. Only flegy is capable of increasing some's NP)

Letting Flegy know about it, he is the only 1 who can check it out, but it will be up to him if he wants to restore the NP or not.
