Expain how you lost them:Here is my problem.when i stop playing before like an year or maybe more i have 5 parts of valks.so i didnt logged in till before like 2 days.when i log in,Misteria was naked and in her inventory was 2 certifikate of hero armor.all was there:2xrov,ft,earing,gb.staffs,shield.but armors was missing.
so i wanna ask can i get back full set,just like it was.if valk=hero now,can i get other 3 parts of my set.

Just for ur information, items that are lost more than 2 month will not be recovered.

it is not my fault.it is some game crash or something like this.when i stoped there was full set valk.and i was not been hacked.so i suppose to find my char as i leave it.this is not my misstake.

I do understand that this it is not ur fault, but u cant remember the last log of urs and i can see that u wrote that ur last log is around a year ago. Im just saying for ur info that item that are lost more than 2 month will not be recovered. But whatever it is, its depends on Dedi. Again, nothing personal, just trying to give u out an info regarding this.
