Uninstall your graphic driver and install the latest one according to your video card.
That is a video card failure.

I'll try that, probably will change my GPU too, since,it doesn't work the last time I updated my graphic drivers to the latest,it said, you don't have the specified device for this driver xD

That's a strange bug xD
I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with reninstalling client, since the ground controlled by the Zones and DTex folders and i assume you didn't touch those.

What Sirgon said above should help you, but if that doesn't help, check in Device Manager if any of your drivers are messed up or installed not properly.

If that's not the case, i will ask you to try and think back how that even started?
Did you have this bug before? or it just suddenly happened?

Yea It's strange, first I think the KO got corrupted files,so I reinstalled it,but still happens, then I tried to re-install the graphic drivers, and still happens, last night I re-install the windows to make sure the OS was clean, and the problem still coming xD

Nope,I didn't touch the DXT files, and other graphic related files such as n3cplug,n3cskins etc.

This started to happen when I'm trying to play Titan at my main OS(Windows Xp 64 bit Sp2),I used to play on my secondary OS which is a windows 7(also 64 bit)

And I did what Sirgon said,re-install the graphic drivers and updated it to the newest one,but it still happens.

What triggered it? As I noticed,It didn't happen in moradon, only if I started to walk around CZ,that problem will shows up

I have checked on my device manager and found no device that got driver issues

For the ground part, the Dxt's or any of the file you mentioned has nothing to do with the ground look.

By any chance you running your Windows XP in a virtual machine?(vmware, vb etc..)
If yes, then it might happened the way you made your virtualisation with your virtual machine.

If you using 2 different kind of OS on your computer without a virtual machine, then it won't be that complicated to switch between the the 2 OS to Windows 7 when you play.
Because, i assume that you are the only person who have that issue.
Why it does that, i have no more ideas to give you, since you already said that you've tried to reninstall and upgrade your GPU driver.
