Lost Items

* Account ID:gotem
* Char name:BeatMan
* Last log in time:like 10 to 15 mins ago
* Date/time when u lost them:not sure since I didnt play for months but I believe its something recently cuz I been watching my account overtime on website and items was still there
* Explain how you lost them:probably its something with the recent problem I saw on topic in annoucements today that didnt change password for longer time
* List of items:plenty of items like set of valks, sets of heros,roimas rings,csw earrings, belts, etc etc the list goes on and on since also the INN is wiped out from all worthy items I had there, basically everything worthy I got on my acc is gone along with 1200+ vote points I had...
* Are you sharing your Account with someone? : nope and I havent been anytime
Yes or No, if Yes, say with who.

Fix this please since I wanted to start playing again, I also changed today the password and verifayed email.

EDIT: since I checked on website the new thing called "Edit account" , I can clearly see that the hack / scamm happent exactly 2 days ago means 20/04/2017 around midnight 2 times someone from USA ip logged and did this that IP was 204.93.58.209..hope this will help with resolving my problem

Yes I did as stated in the infos above , thanks for help, most of items are restored but I had more hero sets certifications etc to my side chars aswell was geared---now I see are deleted..damn it got both 85 levels >_> one priest and one warrior..can you do something about that? Still missing my hard farmed items ..not to mention my 1200 VPs.

1. You cannot delete any created characters.
2. You had back all items that were taken from your account their for the used VP items aswell, so if you want we can trade in those items to restore the VPs.

thats weird then I got BeatWar character warrior and another which was priest and definitelly theres not everything bro come on I saw only one hero part certifivcation in my inn was like atleast 2 before but whatever that I could live with it but about VPs I would rather better got my vps back than items I didnt choose if you understand me >_> also I got sherion and other items in my inventory which is missing..dont tell everything is restored ..I pm flegy aswell will let him check it proper what was everything there..

Your VP is restoed aswell.

As I said there is imposible to delete characters and items lost more then 3months ago cannot be restored.

And since you pm Flegy I will close this topic since you got all restored what you lost 40/4-17.
