Be patient and someone from GM team will help you. But, it's really your fault. They could easily say no and close your topic. It's best to talk to Kenzo and ask him to give you back your item. |

Talk to IamKenzo and ask him to return you item. It would be easiest solution to do . Tell him that I ask him to do so. |
