Every heal are fine at the moment and its normal to get fail sometime its depending how you are moving and whos attacking you.
Ive been pking since last friday and it was ok, so i doubt there is any problems with heal.

Is that male priest Algssa? I already reported to GM's coz i had same problem with 10k failing on male priest. So we will wait now.

Also in female pirest yestday i dead alot of time and i use this skill for heal my self i saw this skill relog but i didnt got heal lol check this skill it is bug im sure

The skill is fine. The animation is fine aswell (explained to them in an other section).

You only fail on male cuz u don't get the timing right. The animation on male starts faster than female but end slower. So you have to wait abit at the end, but overall it's the same speed.

As for the heal, doesn't matter which1, if you use it at the very last second, like 0,05 seconds before dieing it fails sometimes, that's like that on every server.

more like in the 0.5 last second it will get Fail! For me at least.

Still, it's the same thing, there is a time inverval (maybe i just wrote a lil bit too low number but still, kind of not more than 0,5 sec max or so) before your death in which if u get the heal during that time it will fail. It's like that at every server, there is nothing to do with that, it takes that time for the server to receive the information of what happening actually and sometimes it receives the attack informations few milli sec faster than the heal's and so you die. But it barely happens anyway it gotta be a really last minute heal for it to be like that.

That goes for the last second heal, the male one was already explained.
