dave i have 2 accounts

1 play my brother and 1 play my chrachter but he is making not event
just i am making event now evertime same problem error

how can i make ing event just tell me this

Some1 doing the event from that IP beside you, either your bro, or your friend whatever. So we can't help you, it's only allowed 1x from every IP.

His problem nothing about friend. His friend dunno his password. This npc working w/ ip am i right? no1 making this event in his house.So, how to get this problem?
He said make this event only once.Don't forget it.
