i cant login. when i click on mychar i have DC. papi did say ban appeal.

My information

Account ID: rebelmrt
Character ID: C2H5OH
When, where and why did you get banned: I dont know why,when,where banned.
Why should we unban you: My last login 14.04.2011 - 00:00-02:15. when i try login this night (14.04.2011 - 23:30) i have disconnected =/

i'm not cheater or bugger or scrammer. Why i get ban (or what) =( ?
if i have mistake please say me this. i dont repeat to do mistake again.
i can be careful.

Reason of the ban: kuduzsinek.exe

You used 3rd party tools.
