well, usually scammers wont have items because they are aware of the fact that their acc. could well be banned. however, if the scammer is found to be scamming it will be banned and closed down. however to answer your question, the answer for me is no, simply because, it's the persons fault they got scammed, and no one elses, if you think the deal is stupid or a bit  then don't do it...so no, you shouldn't IMO.
