want to recover I forgot to account id and password Nick Charact :Jms

* Chars names on that Account:
Char Name_1 Jms
Char Name_2 I do not remember
Char Name_3 I do not remember
* Last time you logged in:2014-12-08
* IP Adress: I do not remember
* Email address used while register account: I do not remember
* Are you sharing your Account with someone? : YES ( not is the name of the player that lend it )
Some GM To retrieve me my account already they have no details I miss my items
Please I want to play my account already
