"ppl got banned for doing less things that you have done"

They got banned after 1,2,3+ month but i was playing here more than 1 year

1 person get 3 warms before ban (he play 1month) and he get banned
I play 12+ months and i get 3 warms and i get banned also.

Is it FUCKING FAIR ?
