I got one suggestion about color stats.
I think it isnt good that all weapon classes get the same bonus stats.
The current system leads to the following problems:
- all attackers want yellow or green gmes
- yellow/green gems are much more valuable than other gems
- on the other side a yellow shield and mace is useless = useless Items in PUS
Sion recently had the idea, that there could be elemental dmg added to colors - to make all colors useful for weapons.
I like that idea!
Here is an example:
Yellow 5 AP + 20 AC
Green 5 AP + 200 HP
Silver 500 MP + 250 HP + 30 glacier dmg
Purple 500 MP + 30 AC + 30 lighning dmg
Red 20 AC + 400 HP + 30 flame damage
Black 70 AC + 30 poison dmg
But it would be very difficult to find a balance between weapons/staff/mace and shield.
Example:
Red 400HP +20 AC + 30 flame
That seems okay on a shield...but it might be OP in vs with Bow – 5/3 shot combo benefits the most from elemental dmg.
To balance things better and easier
I suggest to make different bonus stats for different weapon classes.
At least Mace and Shield should have its own stats.
