Solved it for him, he had no anti-virus. The solution was: Re-download the setup after that go on Start > type on search box Windows Features > Click on "Turn Windows Features On or Off" > Put a check on .NET Framework 3.5.1 > Run the Titan.exe as admin and worked correctly. Closed. |
