 Post subject: can't find the file after patch updates

Normal

When I hit the button to start on the launcher this error comes up saying:,

Error
The system can not find the Specified file.

the patch it downloaded is. 1650
any help would be appreciated.

Did you turn off your firewall & anti-virus while installing / downloading the game?

If not then turn them off and re-install/re-download Titan.exe because most of the time firewall/AV detects most of the files as a threat (false positive) and deletes them, that's usually the reason why it can't find a specific file now.

try restore from antivirus Max.exe he deleted him, or turn off antivirus and download last patch
