maybe Rogue's minor skill cooldown' might change to like old maxko'
Cuz now 1sec>1 minor skill

that can't be,flegy turn old maxko down and UP this one with full of bugg with Skill like USKO and upgrade armor's like USKO +21,all things changed like USKO flegy just copy USKO things and add it to New Maxko,only the map is diff this is why he lost tons of player's.!

I see two options here:

A) keep it the way it is
B) make "minor Heal" endless spammable again, but increase its mp cost from 100 to 240 or more. Consequently "spamming minor" would only make sense during the 2-3 seconds of a sneak attack, afterwards, when your mana runs low, its better to use hp pots.
For example:
1950 mana each pot = 488 hp, with "240 mana costs each minor heal"
which is less hp then "hp pot", which is 720 hp.
In difference to old maxko, where around 2 mana = 1 hp, it would be 4 mana = 1 hp.

lol, the minor heal is bad.
on Usko works its better and faster, the cooldown is to long.
They need to remove it.

BTW potions got 3 sec cooldown so 488x3=1464
