Anvil Upgrade Rates

Hi everyone. I have a problem with upgrade items.

Location: Moradon - Magic Anvil (817,607)
Date and Time: 25.08.16 23:12 (server time)
What is the error: Its about upgrade rates

I had a lot of +5 items and i was trying to upgrade all to +10. But there's a problem, my all items are gone +8 to +9. So, after i came here for checking upgrade rates.

And ths picture is upgrade rate list on the forum. But i think real upgrade rates not like this. Today i've lost 6-7 items (repeatedly) on trying +8 to +9. But in upgrade rate list says +8 to +9 is %60 success rate. Can u check upgrade rates again please? In my opinion every single upgrade needs to have their upgrade rates. Finally, i trust the upgrade list and my items all gone.

Forwarded to Flegy, but to know upgrade rate doesn't say that your items gonna be upgraded successfully 100%, i'd done many upgrades before nd lost over than 10 items but to be honest it wasn't repeatable{like ur case},However,we will check it out soon, might there is some thing wrong went out .
