This screenshot shows the top 20 ranks during a period when we had FREE NT on titanko

Nowdays I see similar situations whenever 1 big Clan switches sides.
Right now is 41orc/14human online...since 1 Clan went orc yesterday and there is almost no pk possible in cz.

To avoid such it might require a change in the NT system.

I suggest to either implement a more "intelligent" NT system
that is checking for the cz balance.
OR NT should be managed officially by GMs.

1. remove Clan NT feature
from what I see it just leads to unbalanced pk
Whenever a big clan is switching sides...its getting out of balance and it
ruins the pk for a while.

Clan Donation feature could be used for something else in the future.

2. Panel NT could have an online check.
When orc 20% more > human = NT to human 5k NP
When orc < human = NT to human blocked

Same goes for NT to orc ofc.

NT via PUS can still stay.
All other NT possibilities I would remove.
Just make panel NT dependend on the server population.

3. official NT by GMs
GMs should be allowed to do Clan NTs for balancing the pk.

Just open a topic in staff section where the GM has to write:
Date, time and reason for NT.

This would prevent the "inofficial" GM NTs...
And would make it possible to quickly balance the server pk.

i liked this idea of your suggestion completely...Forwarded to staff members.
but i would love to share my personal opinion from the other side which is related to " The different Time zone"... we all know that Balance of server isn't stable thing whole times, but to be honest, if we had assigned GM's to do NT,this idea will succeed, but from the other side will fail because of the different time zone but if we had thought that making NT more higher deductions to nps wouldn't fix he things also.. but idea of official NT by GMs would be working but not 100%,By the way we need to avoid such un-balance problems at least....

You right rusky, timezone matters, but from other side - who play at night when server is empty at day ?
