We can't do that. The armor stats now are pretty much balanced. Each class has their own specific advantages and disadvantages, without them, there's no use for having these classes.
Ex: If all armors were to have all mixed stats.
Mages:
AC same as warrior: if mages will have the same armor defense as warrior, killing them will be close to impossible in CZ. As we all know, mage parties can easily kill players in PK even with the stats they have now. Just imagine if we increased their defense. Our mages here are actually handicapped because we removed some skill effects that are very disruptive like the skill that makes players blind.
HP stats same as other classes:they will have too much HP, they can just TP each other so they can't be killed easily.
Decreased Stat requirement for Armor: We can add more MP or HP. They will have stronger Magic Damage. Our mages now, in a 6/8 mage party can wipe out 1 party (if only 1 pt is inside AOE), imagine them if we decreased their armor stats requirement to increase more HP or Magic Power, mages will destroy CZ.
our mages here are already pretty weak, but they can still wipe out 1-4 parties when they drop novas.
Now, I have only been talking about mages, how much more imbalance will there be when I talk about BP's, or warriors, or even rogues?
The stats are really balanced now. If we change any of it, it can already cause too much imbalance. GM_Anduin did really great work in balancing stats, items, and skills in the server. Just look at it this way:
Rogues have really good damage, can drain your Mana, can run fast, but if rogues won't run or use stealth, they are really easy to kill in PK. They great for VS because of minor heal/arrow shower. Can go solo in PK.
BP can full DB, AWESOME DAMAGE! Low HP and DEF but can heal and buff... but heals can be cancelled. Using full skills in VS makes BP OP in VS. That is why WE DONT VS with BP's who use all skills. BP vs BP is the best vs for BP's. Can go solo in pk.
Warriors have really high defense, descent attack damage, and can teleport to allies. But it can't heal, can only cure once in a while (m23) but makes this class weaker if we get this skill. Can vs with sins, and other warriors, can dominate mages, no chance against BP who will use DB. But can't go solo in PK. Sad life.
Mages can do so much support in PK. Can easily dominate PK in a mage PT. Can do vs with other mages, but gets easily dominated by other classes. We can't make mages stronger to make it stronger in VS, because that will also mean they will be too strong in PK. So many mages are so good in this server even if they mages are NERFED in this server. So mages are often PK classes, not VS classes. Best to stick to mage VS only and not with other classes.
Int Priests... INT PRIEST VS INT PRIEST, the never ending VS. They are only meant to support. But, can easily dominate VS against warriors.
So basically... in terms of items, stats, and stats requirements, the server now is pretty much balanced.
All players should stop thinking about "I WANT MORE POWER FOR THIS CLASS" or "MORE HP OR DEF FOR THIS CLASS"... because the desire behind those statements is just bias for the class that we love, and to dominate by power only without having to exert enough effort to develop skills.
