MAXKO Forum :: About gold dog dropping MaxKO rings.

Hi.

We added MaxKO rings to gold dogs with 5% drop rate only. And this dog spawns 3 times per 24 hours. This is really low drop rate.

We already give +2 rings for beginners. And as u know there are too many achievements to finish for KC. It's still the easiest way to purchase rings from PUS. We also reduced NPC 80K to 50K, but we see players still don't want to spend 50K nps for a ring +1.

We don't think to add more ring drops for close future. Let players go CZ, kill SK for KC Voucher, finish achievements by PK'ing and get their all jewels for KC.

We are a farm server maybe but farm is related with PK and this will go like this.

For old players no need to feel bad. Because we are sure all of them are happy to see new players here PKing for farm

Hi! I am fairly new in the game. I have been a USKO player since 2008, but quit 2 or 3 years after because of the hard grind. After a couple of years, I decided to play a KO private server, and everything was given, and upgrading was easy. But I lost the desire to play because the game was too easy. The first time I read that gold dogs now drop maxKO ring, it made me feel the same thing. I think that is too easy. I have not seen 1 ring drop yet, and that is great. But I hope there weill be none. The system for grinding for items now is great. it's challenging and fun enough because you will have to do PK, Join events, kill big CZ bosses with teams... etc... getting KC from big bosses is, I think, is making farming easy enough, and challenging enough. It makes me feel that if I do not work hard enough, I will go nowhere, which is great. Unlike USKO, I can spend my whole lifetime and still get nothing because it pay to win. The efforts I do here are efforts I dont want to waste. But if it becomes too easy, then, most likely many people will leave. People who leave this server are actually lazy people... too lazy. Farming here is already easy, but challenging enough to make me stay and do more effort for me to become stronger. So... I hope maxKO rings will not be dropped by gold dog anymore, even if the drop rate is really low. I also feel kinda bad for the old players because they had it harder back in the past.
