Quest Finish Hard Zone/easy Zone is bugged on my id

i am joined Hard, easy Zone and Finish time but he don't give me point's in quest


the right number is 16/30

At beginin we had small problems with program who controll it but now is stable.

I checked your account and can see you finished hard archivement so I up only easy achivement
