i had to search into 4Ocean logs since the first report, because of those complains about this player.
Firs, i have to clarify that any /plc on suspicious players must be also reported to any GM to do checks. Otherwise those /plc will be ignored.
4Ocean has been using macro since last year and never got banned before. Here are his logs:

This was the last time that Logitech appeared in his logs.
The next plc on 24 October 2020 shows two procedures also found in macro users, even for those who hide the software from task manager.
can't be just a coincidence that 4Ocean suddenly decided to stop using macro but those procedures still running on his task manager.
I also spoke to Flegy about this and he agree with me.
The player 4Ocean has been banned 6 months.
