As i can see you shared your account with your friend not your brother, also he played on your account with you together as i saw in logs he logged in more than you. So you will need to solve that between you two, it's not our fault that you gave your account to him, i can't help you here.

I heard that story from many people here in server and i think no one can help you because that guy gain many NPS on that char by himself and bought hero weapons and since you didn't played for a couple of month's and now you are back, he get his items on his own account. Log's are saying the same, his IP address is showing up whole the time, when your IP show up just this 3-4 days and before that you haven't log month and a half. So if you were GM how would you solve this? I really want to know. I will let topic open so you can ask other GM's if they think otherwise.

After double-checking it with GM_Aquarius, we both came up to an end for this case and there will be no further discussions about it.

We decided to remove all the items that belongs to you from KaRa's account and restore half of your items which will be listed below // sharing and getting scammed is at your own responsibility but aqua and I decided to give a little help this time, be sure that there will be no next time's.

Items restored to NannyDaFiire's account are:
Hero Set
Chaos Dagger

The NP's that was used from the account belongs to KaRa and it will not be restored since he was the one that logged everyday while you only had 3-4 logins recently.
