Fixed Warp Gate price for Folk in Human Side.Karus used to pay 3000 coins for Folk Village where as Humans only gave 300 coins. I know I know... Racist..

Tempest has been added with Hero Part Repeatable Quest (800 Max Points)!Yes guys! You heard it right! Its time for you to use your saved up 4-5k Max Points!!! You can buy Hero Part for 800 Max Points again and again! Which would make a Hero Set for 4000 Max Points!
