Max.exe is false detected by some antivirus because thay don't have microsoft certificate and using protection to cannot unpack file and change code,so antivirus cannot scan his original code and reported as virus, although the only solution at the current time is what OhCrapBetownHere said above.
This has nothing to do with the microsoft certificate actually.
The certificates require a different SSL Certificate , which is not related to files , but mainly to HTTPS - or mail applications (outlook)

Thing is that the file is just read as a virus , since that type of file is unknown to the database of the certain antivirus.
In order to avoid this Flegy should contact the certain antiviruses - and inform that the exe is beein read falsely as a Virus , and they should update their database then.
Easy fix is though to put the exe file in the exclucsions.
YET, there are people who get affraid of such warnings and delete it right away.
It is nothing to worry about , even though u put the exe file under ur own risk @exclusions.
Most of the games have this issue.
Comming from a guy who works for an Antivirus , Cheers !

I already contacted few but thay didnt event reply. Antivirus work on wierd detection because I have problem with antivirus on my own program what I create but antivirus detect him as virus and cannot find reason. So the most easyer is add in exception or every few weeks add new Max.exe with diffrent cryption to dont detect as virus.
Rusky thinked about code signing its not realy ssl but it make aplication valid and OS detect it as valid publisher what helping a lot on antivirus decaide is it virus or not.
