Since Corona Virus brought me back playing,
I thought about some changes that I would like to see on MaxKO.
1. Change the cost for Valk and Legend Armors exchange
Since they have the same stats like Hero Armors, they should have the same exchange cost like Hero Armors!
I see that those armors prices dropped a lot - they are not so wanted anymore.
(Valks are in merchant now for 70m per piece…and prices still going down)
2. str requirement on Int Priest Armors
Currently its 126str
Change to 112 str
that opens up 14 more points in health for int Priests (around 235 HP)
Int Priests usually die from parasite
their health is around 12k (with scrolls)
For this reason I see more and more Priests prefer Spirit Armors over Valks.
If Priests become to tanky – its better to reduce their wep defense, but not their overall health stats, cause this makes Parasite OP.
3. Increase stats on some good old bows that we have in game.
Enion bow
Scorpion bow
Chitin bow
Giantic Axe 1h
Giantic Axe 2h
please give them some usable stats.
4. exp and beginner item farm on maxko
it doesn’t make much sense, that you have to kill spoilers in emc/luf for lvl 60
many people don’t read forum and they just explore the server
to make it easier and more clear for starters
let the Monsters in Moradon (Worms, Kecoons, Bulcans etc…)
drop more exp
and let them drop useful Items like High class weapons (Raptors, Shards etc…) and
and basic pk jewels like: minotaur, lillime, howling rooster, legionnaire band, Heros Valor etc…
I think it would be more fun for new players.
To farm their gear from easy Moradon mobs and start upgrades to +3
This way it feels like any normal KO server and would be less confusing
5. GM time schedule
I see some GMs online like 20h a week
and others I see like 1h a month
There is times when a GM is needed but no one is available
specially at Adream times, there should always be 1 GM online
to make this happen, there should be some GM time schedule
you can create it with doodle or something similar
let every GM be responsible for at least 5 – 20hours a week.
make sure that there is a GM online everyday around the primetime (Adream).
This time schedule can change every month
it can be a flexible system that can be adjusted to match every GMs availability
6. Have a fixed Event day
if people know that every Sunday there is some events
they would watch out for this and log the server for it
the time can be announced on shoutbox / Discord etc. by the GM that is holding the event
